Popsicle Party and Birthday

It was Riley's last day in 4K yesterday. All the children's families were invited to come to the court yard at school and have a Popsicle. Jesse, Josiah and I went and Daddy got to come too. It was nice that he got to leave work and celebrate Riley's "graduation" from 4K. I can't believe she will be going to Kindergarten. She is so cute. We were driving around town last night and talking about her being done with school and she said "No school until Tuesday"! I told her, Riley you don't have to go back to school until August. "Oh, Yeah! And then I don't have to sit in a car seat anymore"! WHAT???? Well, I figured it out. Our neighbor Lilli is in 5K and her grandmother picks the kids up from school and I guess Lilli doesn't sit in a car seat anymore so Riley things she doesn't have to either. But poor girl, she will probably be in a car seat until she is in high school. I believe she is only about 30 lbs right now and she is 5 years old. Oh, to be that little again:)

Well, yesterday was a big day for me. I turned the big 35! I had a nice day. My parents come over in the morning and brought a little cake. Then after school Terry took all the kids (except for Josiah) to Wal-mart and bought a GREAT Chocolate cake. It was AWESOME! For my birthday dinner, I REALLY wanted to go eat at Red Lobster. It was so good. We just love their cheese biscuits. It was awesome. What a nice birthday. We did go in search of Nation Treasure 2 at Blockbuster but were unable to rent it. So we went home and my neighbors "broke into our house" and left me flowers and balloons. How nice:) They actually ended up coming to watch National Treasure (1) after the kids went to bed. I really enjoyed that movie. I can't wait to see the second one. (hopefully this weekend.)

Well, that is about it. I hope everyone is doing well and have a GREAT Weekend.

Anyway, I'm caught up now with your posts...and off I go to shower and change and then change nina for her dance rehearsal, then feed angain and then change diaper again...and hopefully not the outfit (:

Happy BirthdaY! 35 is a great age- matter of fact, I often say I'm 35 when someone asks my age! I have been doing that for nearly three years now- and who knows why!
Its amazing how BIG they get when they graduate pre-k and soooo wise! She is adorable!

Pauline,
Thank you for the wonderful comment! I have been doing tris for three years now! I just love all three sports and have been doing most of them since I was young! But you should definitely start because it is wonderful!! Just start out with what you want. Like you said a 5k! And just do it! Train every day, even if you just go walk! It is such an accomplishment! Find the time to have YOU time so that you can be the best mommy and wife! Good luck and let me know how it goes!
