A few weeks ago when we had our closing VBS ceremony at church they had all the kids (5k-5th grade) show the parents what they learned in dancing class. Since Josiah is just 3 he didn't get to go to that class. So when they were dancing in their little groups Josiah didn't want to be left out so he joined his own group. I think he is a natural!

After the release of the balloons we went back home and had dinner together. Mr. Max thought it was fun to get my flip flops from under the dining room table and run to his bed with it. Then when I put mine away, we got Terry's shoe. So after we caught him again, he went and laid down on his new bed and fell asleep.(I just had to take some pictures).
This is the plant we gave Oma for Opa's birthday. Hopefully it cheered her up a bit:)
How I wish they could be like this ALL the time:)

After the game on Sunday, Matthew and Josiah had a chance to play together for a little bit. There is a 4 year age difference between them so it is always nice to see them playing together when they do. If you remember, Josiah got a Woody for his 3rd birthday. Well, June 22nd was Matthew's birthday. And his pop-pop and grandma gave him some money and he really wanted to get a Woody too. So... today the two Woodies got to play together:)
Thanks for playing with me, Matthew! I love you LOTS:)
"You're my favorite depute"!
"There is a snake in my boot"!
So today was the BIG game. We all had our hopes up. Family all over the world (Netherlands; Canada; USA). But we came up too short. Too bad. I was really getting into the World Cup. Maybe next time.
We as a family got in the spirit though. Joel and I stayed up late one night and worked on some t-shirts for the kids to wear during the BIG game. I think they came out so great:)
When we got to Oma's house before the game we found out that the Thompson's had the same idea. They made t-shirts for all the kids and also got face paint. So
the Rogers Kids some of the Rogers kids had to take part of that too.
I think we all had a good time...EVEN THOUGH Spain won. The kids especially had fun finding their "Dutch Spirit"!!! I was very proud of them:)
